With the release of OA Premium 7.0 on July 6 2016 Odin has ended support of OA Premium versions 5.5 and below.
We strongly advise you to contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate to build a roadmap for bringing your OA Premium installation up to the latest version.
Odin always works hard to improve and develop its products, so we recommend keeping your environment up-to-date at all times for better security, usability and performance.
According to Odin Automation Premium (OA Premium) official lifecycle policy, we support the latest version of OA Premium and the one immediately preceding it. This means that no further development of the older versions is done and no patches are released except for critical security issues. Although you still can create a support ticket, there will be few limitations caused by the fact your OA Premium version is obsolete:
